Many times we have clients ask us to verify things are as they should be. We run your environment through our multifaceted Network Audit. We then provide the client with the results of the Audit, and take the time to explain each section so the whole report is clear.

VOIP Systems
Since technologies that once were impossible to integrate are starting to merge. The power of computerized phone systems is astounding. We believe that your communication system should be an extension of your IT infrastructure. We have put considerable resources into achieving Cisco Certification, with a focus in their incredible VOIP Systems.
- You can use your phone from anywhere in the world with a software based "soft phone" which means if you are on an out of town business trip, you can have a call transferred, from your main office, to your laptop or home computer. Your client won't have any idea where you are calling from, and should you call them back, it will look, and sound, like it came from the main office.
- Transfer your entire extension to another office. Let's say your office is being painted, you can move to another office, and by dialing your extension and code, move ALL the features, buttons, speed dial numbers, and extension numbers from your old phone to the new one. That way coworkers can still reach you at your temporary location.
- Link the phone with business software systems. For example, you can ask your computer to autodial contact numbers from outlook, track call lengths, and report the duration back to outlook for tracking. You can ask an automated system to automatically call your clients to confirm appointments the following day (in a medical office for instance) or solicit a customer service survey, post appointment.
- You can have voicemail sent to email, or have the system automatically "track you down" by forwarding the call to your cell phone, then your home, then voicemail. You NEVER need to give your personal numbers to your clients, but they can still reach you, if it works for you, wherever you are.
- All this is done over the internet, and uses service that is drastically LESS expensive then most regular dial tone services. We have clients that saved over a thousand dollars a month changing to VOIP. In the first year, they saved more then the cost of the phones.

Offsite Backup
Since the cost of offsite backup was prohibitively expensive until recently, most people haven't realized how inexpensive offsite backup is. For a few dollars a month you can, essentially, bulletproof your critical data. In the event of fire, flood, theft, or other disaster, we can overnight your data back to you, and get your business back up and running. We have successfully had businesses up and running the very next day after complete server failure. Even the insurance company that arrived to start the claim process was amazed that our client was running before the adjuster even arrived…
AntiVirus and AntiSPAM Services
If you own your own Email Server, itWORKS! will clean and filter your email, offsite, before it reaches your server. Once a virus reaches your server, it may be too late! Our absolutely state of the art filtering system cleans and grooms email and SPAM before it ever reaches your server. Since 90% of email is SPAM it's nice to know you aren’t wasting your company's precious bandwidth on junk mail. We even give you reports on what was blocked and cleaned every month.
