Escalations Team Lead
After witnessing his benevolent single father’s frustration with the household computer, Mark – age 13 at the time – understood his mission in life: Defend innocent people from technological anguish. Not thrilled by the narrow scope of household problems he was dealing with, Mark set out to expand his vocational reach. A diploma from a technical high school, experience administering his mother’s accounting firm’s network, and countless summer vacations spent entangled in the JASS and PAWN proprietary programming languages earned Mark a seat at itWORKS!
Older now, Mark spends his days as the Escalations Team Lead, showing no mercy to any ticket that regretfully lands on his metaphorical anvil. Mark – a once disorganized technological wayfarer – is now a decorated, process-driven, veteran engineer that backs every one of his colleagues by handling the tickets that get away from them.
After-hours, while not behind his computer screen at home, the elusive Mark can be seldom spotted on-stage at various metal & hardcore musical venues in the Providence and Boston areas. Like any avid car enthusiast, he may also be seen behind the wheel of one of his Japanese domestic market-style sports cars, which he so dearly cares for.
